Situation: Valencia

The property is located in the Santa Bárbara residential area, a high-end residential area. A modern V-shaped building is planned, separating the day and night areas.

One wing houses the day area across two floors, creating an attractive double-height space, even with a small mezzanine to enjoy the distant views.

In the other wing, the bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed on one floor.

Each bathroom is connected to a private patio, providing the bathrooms with light, tranquillity, and spaciousness. Throughout the project, the use of different natural stones stands out.
