Renovation and extension project of a single-family house.

Situation: Cala Serena

The assignment for this project was the construction management of a project drawn up by another architect, and the introduction of modifications during the course of the work in terms of interior redistribution and façades in order to create an aesthetic identity.

The buildings in the area are Ibicencan in style, as is the guest house. For this reason, it was decided to maintain a traditional style and to design the interior in a boho style, with furniture, natural colours and fabrics combined with white, thus achieving a very cosy atmosphere.

The open-plan living area stands out, featuring a kitchen-dining area and a living room with a fireplace.

Energy improvements have been achieved by renovating the installations and introducing thermal insulation throughout the building’s envelope.
