Renovation and extension project of a single-family house

Situation: S’Espinagar

The assignment was twofold: on one hand, to transform the outdoor areas to enhance outdoor living and connection with nature, and on the other hand, to expand the upper floor to accommodate more rooms.

The goal was to create a meeting space for social events such as yoga, corporate coaching, and family gatherings. Several relaxation areas with views of nature were created, and the house was given a cozier atmosphere. The expansion of the upper floor and the reinvention of the porch remained in the project phase.
