Renovation and extension project of a single-family house<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Situation<\/strong><\/span>: S’Espinagar<\/p>\n

The assignment was twofold: on one hand, to transform the outdoor areas to enhance outdoor living and connection with nature, and on the other hand, to expand the upper floor to accommodate more rooms.<\/p>\n

The goal was to create a meeting space for social events such as yoga, corporate coaching, and family gatherings. Several relaxation areas with views of nature were created, and the house was given a cozier atmosphere. The expansion of the upper floor and the reinvention of the porch remained in the project phase.<\/p>\n
