Project – House K<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Renovation project of a single-family house on the country-side<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Situation<\/strong><\/span>: Felanitx<\/p>\n

The main goal of this project was to add some traditional style elements to the facade and create a corner \u201cloggia\u201d to give the existing construction a Mallorcan charm.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the upper floor of the house was to be redistributed to create a private space for the parents, focusing on the search of the light penetration and the incredible views in all rooms.<\/p>\n

A large living space has been designed with a sloped ceiling and exposed beams, a fireplace, and views of the landscape.<\/p>\n

With such high ceilings, glazed areas have been incorporated into the upper part of the walls, creating a visual connection between the spaces and providing a feeling of spaciousness.<\/p>\n

From the living area, there is direct access to the new corner porch and the master bedroom, which features a large walk-in closet leading to the private bathroom.<\/p>\n
