Ar-Lab Studio | Architecture in Mallorca

AR-LAB is an english-speaking architecture studio located in the centre of Palma
de Mallorca that offers a comprehensive support and management service
throughout the construction process, both for new builds and renovations. This
includes preliminary studies, all project phases, coordination of construction,
interior design, landscaping, and mediation with municipalities and public
entities.

We work with a solid network of specialized technicians in each area, such
as engineers, quantity surveyors, geologists, builders, installers, carpenters,
gardeners, and other tradespeople.

Our projects are born from observation. We observe the place, the light, the
colours, the sound, the smells. We analyse the topography and opportunities.
We reflect on the needs and listen to the inhabitant. We recognize and value the
existing and the traditions of the place.
From this analysis, we create the rules to meet the needs, which lead us to a
different and unique project, inherent in the place.
We seek interaction with nature, natural light, fluidity with the outside, surprise,
space, the fusion of traditional elements with modern elements. Our search is
transmitted both in the design of the spaces and in the development of the
smallest detail.
