Renovation of a house into a commercial use.

Situation: Santanyí

The three-storey house is situated in the centre of Santanyí. It was decided to return to the original division and to fit out the ground floor for commercial use, while leaving the pre-installations and roofs ready for the future housing on the first floor.

We encountered small spaces lacking in lighting and ventilation. A transformation to an open space was chosen, aiming for maximum natural light entry while recovering and enhancing traditional elements. The existing walls were renovated and finishes and windows were modernized.
